"A U.S. strategy in dealing with the world population problem proceeds from a recognition of the disastrous implications of current population growth rates (including threats to our national security), and yet a counter-balancing recognition that the problem can be significantly eased if the nations of the world take prompt and effective countermeasures."
The declassified CIA paperwork's plan to depopulate humans across the globe. We owe it to ourselves and future generations to be vigilant and take action to protect our right to exist.
First, let me address what the CREATOR said when HE created human beings in Genesis 1:26-28: 26 Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." 27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God, he created them; male and female, he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
Do these humans that call themselves the "government" think they know more than the Creator? He said to "be fruitful and increase in number."
These governments have decided they are our gods, which is not only a natural human rights violation, but it violates the First Amendment in the United States Constitution.
"The First Amendment's Establishment Clause prohibits the government from making any law "respecting an establishment of religion." This clause not only forbids the government from establishing an official religion, but also prohibits government actions that unduly favor one religion over another. It also prohibits the government from unduly preferring religion over non-religion, or non-religion over religion."
Governments across the world have claimed all the land and seas for themselves. You don't own any property if the government can send people with guns and badges for refusing to pay their property taxes. They can create laws to deem someone as a criminal to enslave them and take away their property. Notice how the Bible verse listed above specifically named the birds and cattle?
Last year the government went to several poultry farms. It claimed some of their birds had the bird flu and that the farms needed to kill all of their birds because the disease was highly contagious. The government offered them incentives as well. The State was responsible for having 47M chickens killed last year.
Thought the price of eggs and chicken went up only because of inflation?
Think again.
Remember all of those videos of dead cattle across the globe? I'm sure you were buying what the media was selling. This is all about CONTROL.

According to this CIA paperwork, The American government is actively trying to reduce population growth and funding it around the globe!?
It's not enough to murder all of us in this country; they must get rid of everyone everywhere else too. They have been pushing other nations to take prompt countermeasures and eliminate human beings.
The United States thinks it has to be the villain and provide funding to these nations and other donor nations and organizations. The U.S. strategy emphasizes that assistance should only be provided when requested and deemed desirable by the governments in need. Ultimately, the goal is to support developing countries in implementing these measures that have effectively addressed, in their opinion, "excessive population growth" and its impact on national security.
Here are a few strategies and policies listed in the declassified CIA documents our government has implemented to achieve its goal:
Whatever promotes stability, economic development, better health, improved education, and so on, notably as such measures broaden opportunities for women, will also create a more favorable setting for reducing excessive population growth rates, which should induce.
Countries need to announce national policies on family planning and development—for example, planned parenthood.
Encourage national leaders to speak out clearly and firmly in support of broad-based population programs while maintaining the discipline to see that population policies are adequately administered and implemented, particularly at the village level where most people live.
Create policies to increase the legal age to get married.
Lend stronger support to worldwide efforts for women's improved status and active participation in community and national life. The advancing status of women in parts of Asia and Latin America has evidently been a significant factor in promoting successful family planning and reducing birth rates.
And that's not all, folks! There's so much more. You all must get the word out. People must know how the government plans to control and eliminate them with policies and force. Both major political parties are in on it, so I don't think for a second either of them is the lesser of two evils.
Who was President in 1976, again? Exactly.
